Lacks goes into the second round 🎉
Lacks was founded out of frustration and anger about sexist and patriarchal behaviour in garages!
Our motivation is to create a space where people (of all genders) can join with their vehicle and ask questions about cars/sprinters/vans/camper, tools and repairs and where we can look at the construction of your vehicle together. Come along on 27.11.25 4pm to 8pm with your vehicle at AZ Cologne.

This time, the focus will be on familiarising yourself with
the use of tools and the vehicle bodywork of engines, brakes, electronics, etc. If you want to replace bulbs, fuses or windscreen wiper blades and bring the right spare parts, we can do it together. Anything more than that is not possible on this day.
If you know anything about vehicles, electric and/or mechanik, you are welcome to come along and share your skills ☺️ An education is not a required.
Feel free to drop by if you have any questions about oil services or brake replacement.

It is important to us that we treat each other as sensitively as possible. We have no desire for unsolicited unnecessary explanations, sexist and other aggressive or discriminating behaviour.
Feel free to ask people about pronouns. If you are approached about inappropriate/unpleasant behaviour, we would like you to be respectful and reflective and take responsibility.

Lacks geht in die zweite Runde 🎉
Aus Frustration und Wut gegenüber mackerigen KFZ/NFZ Werkstätten ist Lacks entstanden! 🐠✨
Unsere Motivation ist es einen Raum zu schaffen in dem Personen, all Gender, mit ihrem Fahrzeug kommen können und rund ums Auto/Sprinter/Van/Camper, Werkzeug und Reparaturen Fragen stellen können und wir uns gemeinsam den Aufbau eures Fahrzeugs anzuschauen.
Vor Ort liegt auch Werkzeug aus um sich mit dem Umgang vertraut zu machen.
Große Reparaturen können wir nicht am gleichen Tag machen. Können dies aber gerne zusammen besprechen, wenn ihr Fragen zu größeren Reparaturen, Ölwechsel etc. habt. 🛠️🔧🔩
Wenn ihr zB Leuchtmittel, Sicherungen oder Scheibenwischerblätter erneuern wollt und die passende Ersatzteile dazu mitbringt, kriegen wir das auch am selben Tag hin.
Wenn ihr selbst Skills habt bezüglich Autos, Camper etc. kommt gerne vorbei und teilt diese!
